Green tea is a type of tea that is made from Camellia sinensis leaves and buds that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process used to make oolong teas and black teas.

Oolong is a traditional semi-oxidized Chinese tea produced through a process including withering the plant under strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting.

All teas are caffeinated and contain 15 servings of loose leaf tea.

This tea is steamed by a time-honored process using milk; as a result, it does contain a small amount of dairy. 

To Brew: Steep at 180˚ for 5 minutes.

Sassyfras Strawberry: Freshly hewn. Fruity. Light-bodied.

Invigorating, freshly-mown green tea and beets prelude, slightly astringent sassafras second act, sweet and triumphant strawberry finale which is tantalizingly fettered.

To Brew: Steep at 180˚ for 3 minutes.

Springdrop Spritzer: Muddled mint. Sharp greens. Creamy lemon lingers. Available March - May

A delightful burst of new spring growth. Bold rosemary and peppermint notes tingle the tongue while crisp and calming Sencha tea carries the sensation to the final lingering of a perfect union of cardamom & lemon. This triumphant beginning fades to a playful linger of creamy citrus.

To Brew: Steep at 212˚ for 3.5 minutes.
