Salt-free doesn't mean sacrificing flavor.
Spiceology is on a mission to prove that great flavor doesn’t have to include salt. Don’t get us wrong, we love a delicious pink Himalayan or sea salt flake just like the next chef. And, most of our blends are low-salt, to begin with, because, as chef-owned and operated, we think you should add salt levels to your taste. So, here’s a tasty boost for those opting for a salt-free diet, required or not.
Chile Margarita: The classic Mexican blend from Spiceology now comes in a salt-free seasoning. This citrusy, sweet and spicy blend is a combination of chili pepper, orange peel and lime. Coat your proteins, sprinkle it on Mexican street corn, or into your bean for a delicious nod to Latin cuisine.
El Taco: Looking for all the spicy taco goodness with none of the salt? Meet El Taco. Packed with garlic, onion, paprika, chiles, bell pepper and more, this salt-free taco seasoning offers a healthy alternative, making it possible for every night to be taco night. Add this savory blend to ground chicken or sautéed veggies for a new salt-free family favorite. Shhhhhh… don’t tell the kids it’s good for them.
Everything Bagel: It’s no wonder that this combination of sesame and poppy seeds, garlic, and onion has achieved cult-like status. And, now we’ve added a no salt seasoning version for those looking to maintain a healthy diet. Sprinkle a little on top of your morning avocado toast or nightly salad for a little crunch and delicious flavor.
Greek Freak: Ready to freak out? We’ve created a salt-free version of our signature Mediterranean seasoning. That’s right. You can now sprinkle on the delicious combination of herbs, onion, sun-dried tomato, chili pepper and orange peel with none of the salt. These humble ingredients make the perfect addition to breakfast scrambles, salads, meat dishes, pasta, pretty much any savory dish you can imagine.
Guac & Roll: Healthy eating doesn’t have to be the pits (yep, we made an Avocado pun). Red and green bell peppers combine with cilantro, onion, tomato and citrus to make a delicious salt-free seasoning that’s perfect in guacamole or sprinkled on avocado toast.
Mango Tango: For anyone fond of quintessential Mexican street food, you’ll recognize the sweet, sour and spicy complex flavor of Mango Tango as Chamoy. Made with real dried mango, paprika and a blend of chili peppers, this no salt seasoning is the perfect topper for fresh fruits like watermelon or mango, in a fruit smoothie or to flavor a salad of crisp cucumbers.
Pink Peppercorn Lemon Thyme: We originally raised the bar with our version of Lemon Pepper. And, we’re doing it again by offering a no salt version. This blend of garlic, lemon peel, pink peppercorns and turmeric is perfect on roasted chicken, salmon, pasta and veggies. It’s so delicious you’ll be saying “Mrs. ____ Lemon Pepper, who?”
Pizza Pie: The perfect combination of oregano, fennel, garlic, basil and other Italian herbs and spices, this salt-free seasoning blend is a little “slice” of healthy heaven. Sprinkle this on veggies with a little olive oil before roasting. Or sprinkle on zoodles for a “good for you” pasta dish. Those familiar pizza flavors are sure to be a family favorite.
Purple Haze: Plant-based fans, rejoice! We’ve taken our famous veggie blend and created a salt-free version. Sprinkle all the beet, carrot, ancho chili, garlic, onion and orange peel goodness on any veggie to up the flavor.
Really Ranch: We don’t know about you, but we’ll have our ranch with a side of ranch. And, with this salt-free seasoning alternative, go ahead and add a tablespoon or two to any dish. With the perfect combination of parsley, dill, roasted garlic, chives and more, add this healthy blend to roasted veggies or chicken to make even the pickiest eater ask for more.
Steak n’ Bake: Who said steak seasoning NEEDS salt. Not Spiceology. Our salt-free steak seasoning combines roasted garlic, red bell pepper, onion, jalapeno pepper and more into a delicious blend for more than just meat. Sprinkle on potatoes or veggies, add it to eggs or pasta and, of course, rub it on a steak for a healthy family favorite.
